One of the core goals of the Mike Epps Foundation is to utilize Mike Epps’ expertise and passion for the arts to teach and empower the next generation of artists, both onstage and behind the scenes. My wife Kyra and I are passionate about investing in neighborhoods that have been overlooked for far too long. Buying Back the Block isn’t just a project — it’s a movement to uplift communities, preserve culture, and provide spaces where families can thrive. When we come together to support and invest in our own communities, we create a legacy of pride, ownership, and growth that future generations can build on. 

Culturally Enriched Festival Weekend: A Celebration of Community, Connection, and Care

Join us in the heart of Indianapolis for a weekend that celebrates the power of togetherness, cultural pride, and community well-being. Our Culturally Enriched Festival Weekend is a heartfelt gathering that welcomes individuals and families from all backgrounds to connect, celebrate, and support one another.

We kick things off Friday night with a laughter-filled comedy show, featuring renowned comedians who bring not just humor, but healing and joy to our shared space. Saturday brings the rhythm of unity with an electrifying old-school hip-hop concert—honoring the artists and beats that have brought generations together through music and movement.

On Sunday, we wind down with the smooth sounds of R&B, paired with our lively Vendor Village, where local artisans, food vendors, and small businesses come together to showcase their talents and traditions. But that’s not all—our Community Health Fair will be open throughout the weekend, providing free health screenings, wellness services, and valuable resources to support the physical and emotional well-being of every guest.
